Mokkapalat

Viime viikonloppu oli yhtä juhlaa! Lauantaina ekaluokkalaisemme oli luokkatoverinsa syntymäpäivillä ja sunnuntaina kuopus pääsi elämänsä ensimmäisille kaverisynttäreille tarhakaverinsa juhliin. Sunnuntaina olimme myös minun vanhempieni yhteisillä syntymäpäivillä koko suvun voimin.

Juhliin otan aina lapsille mukaan omia, ruokavalionsa mukaisia herkkuja. Juhlapöydässä on usein jotain heillekin sopivaa (popcornia, sipsejä, vaahtokarkkeja, hedelmiä), mutta täydennystä löytyy sitten äidin käsilaukusta. Usein mukaan pakataan suklaamuffinseja, joita on helppo tehdä valmiiksi pakkaseen ja vain napata ennen juhliin lähtöä sieltä kuorrutettavaksi ja koristeltavaksi. Tällä kertaa leivoimme kuitenkin perinteisiä mokkapaloja kaikettomasti. Ohjeen olen saanut ystävältäni Annelta. Kuorrutus on vastaava kuin tavallisissa mokkapaloissa, joten maultaan menevät täydestä kaikille.



Pohja:
♥ 4 dl luontaisesti gluteenitonta jauhoseosta (esim. Semper FinMix)
♥ 3 dl sokeria
♥ 2 tl leivinjauhetta
♥ 2 tl vaniljasokeria
♥ 1 dl juoksevaa margariinia (maidotonta)
♥ 2 dl vettä
♥ 3 rkl kaakaojauhetta

Kuorrutus:
♥ 50 g maidotonta margariinia
♥ 5 dl tomusokeria
♥ 5 rkl kahvia
♥ 1 rkl kaakaojauhetta
♥ 2 tl vaniljasokeria

Sekoita pohjan kuivat aineet keskenään ja lisää niihin sitten rasva ja vesi. Sekoita tasaiseksi taikinaksi ja kaada uunivuokaan (taikina riittää noin puolikkaan pellin kokoiseen vuokaan). Paista uunissa 200 asteessa n. 20 minuuttia. Anna pohjan jäähtyä rauhassa.

Valmista kuorrute. Sulata margariini ja lisää kahvi sen joukkoon. Sekoita loput aineet keskenään ja lisää vähän kerrallaan margariiniseoksen joukkoon. Sekoita tasaiseksi. Voit säädellä kuorrutteen paksuutta tomusokerin määrää muuttamalla. Levitä kuorrute pohjan päälle, koristele halutessasi sopivilla nonparelleilla tai muilla koristeilla ja anna kuorrutteen jähmettyä. Leikkaa paloiksi ja nauti!

    Olen aikaisemmin löytänyt ohjeen, jossa kananmuna korvattiin hedelmäsoseella. Mutta toimii ilmeisesti ihan vain niin että jättää kananmunan pois, lisäämättä mitään erityistä tilalle?

    Laitoin 1 desin kookossokeria ja 1desin hunajaa. En käytä tavallista valkoista sokeria lainkaan. Minuakin kauhistutti sokerin määrä ohjeessa eli 3 desiä on aika suuri määrä sokeria noinkin pienessä taikinassa.
